Media Hotel Reservations
The official hotel of EchoPark Speedway is the Renaissance Atlanta Hotel-Concourse at One Hartsfield Centre Parkway, Atlanta, GA. Please call 404-209-9999 to make hotel reservations.

Copies
Copy machines are provided by Konica Minolta and media members needing to make copies should see the EchoPark Speedway PR Staff for copied.  Copies will be free of charge.

Information Racks
The information racks located next to the counter in the deadline room will contain track, series and team releases and media guides. Updated news, quotes and statistics will be distributed each day, and extra copies can be found in the racks.

Media Guides
EchoPark Speedway event guides, NASCAR Cup Series media guides, NASCAR Xfinity Series media guides and NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck series media guides can be obtained from EchoPark Speedway staff in the deadline room.

Press Conferences
Media members are encouraged to attend all press conferences in the media center. All cell phones are to be turned off during press conferences. A schedule of press conferences is available on the screen in the lobby of the media center.

Roof Access
No one is allowed on the roof of the media center at any time during race weekend. If you need to access the roof to hook up phone lines for a radio remote, you must do this before race weekend. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Televisions
Televisions will provide a live feed from the track, live timing and scoring and announcements for the media. Televisions are to remain on assigned channels at all times.

Assigned seating
Seating in the Deadline Room and the Photo Room will be assigned by EchoPark Speedway's PR staff. An assigned seat can be requested when applying for credentials or by contacting the speedway's PR staff. Requests will be considered based on seating availability.
