Round 6 of Thursday Thunder brought another thrilling night of racing to EchoPark Speedway as drivers raced into the back half of the season. With tight finishes, breakthrough performances, and continued dominance from top contenders, the evening set the stage for a dramatic final two weeks of racing on the Thunder Ring.

Fans only needed the edge of their seat for the Adrenalin Powersports Young Lions Feature, as Dylan Bongiovanni (Cumming, Ga.) claimed his fourth win of the season after holding off a fierce late-race challenge from Lane Christensen (Pendergrass, Ga.). Christensen, who was trying to earn his second win in a row, pushed hard in the final two laps. The two traded the lead back and forth all the way to the checkered flag, with Bongiovanni holding strong and nosing his way across the finish line first.

With yet another impressive performance, Bongiovanni added cushion to his lead in the standings. With only four rounds remaining in the season, drivers in the Young Lions division will need to crank up the heat in order to be in the mix for a championship.

Earlier in the night, Carson Cauble (Loganville, Ga.) took the lead in the Incentive Risk Management Outlaws division and held off a late challenge to claim his first victory in a race filled with cautions and several position changes.

Three drivers made their way to victory lane for the first time in 2025 on Wednesday night. Ben Mack (Louisville, Ky.) broke through in the WJP Investments Chargers division, Incentive Risk Management Bandits driver Casen Tate (Zebulon, Ga.) earned redemption from Round 6, and Garrett Erwin (Covington, Ga.) led every lap of the WJP Investments Semi-Pro Feature. 

Returning to victory lane, Bill Plemons Jr. (Locust Grove, Ga.) and Jensen Jorgensen (Stockbridge, Ga.) dominated the Circle C Auto Sales Masters division and The Associates Group Pro division adding to their winning totals.

Camden Powers (Hernando, FL) also showed plenty of speed, leading every lap of the Incentive Risk Management Rookie Bandolero Racing Experience.

Drivers continue to strive for improvement as they roll into the final two weeks. Next Wednesday kicks off an exciting stretch of three rounds in just two days, with racing action scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday.
