Championship night for the 29th season of Thursday Thunder has been moved up 24 hours and will be run a day earlier on Wednesday, July 22 with qualifying at 6 p.m. and feature races beginning at 7 p.m. 

The main front stretch spectator grandstands will not be open on Wednesday. Fans who purchased grandstand tickets for championship night will be upgraded free of charge to a pit pass upon completing necessary pit pass waiver requirements at event registration located at the EchoPark Speedway credentials building off Lower Wolsey Road prior to 7 p.m.

Fans who have not purchased advanced grandstand tickets will still be able to attend by purchasing a pit pass at registration in the EchoPark Speedway credential building beginning at 3 p.m.

Championship night on Wednesday, July 22 will also be available streaming online via www.uslegendcars.tv

Division championships will be on the line in six divisions when drivers take to the quarter-mile “Thunder Ring” on Wednesday night including Jensen Jorgensen of Stockbridge who is looking to capture his fourth pro division title.
